HP Phil Bigelow reports that if you are using the dial-up (not web) version 5.0 of Juno for Windows, you can get to the plain text by following these five steps:

1) Click “FILE”.
2) Click “EXPORT MESSAGE TO A TEXT FILE”.
3) Type in a name for the new file.
4) Click “SAVE”.
5) Open the saved file (it should be on the C: drive) with Windows Notepad or any other text file editor/word processor.
