Graduate Students Before applying, it helps to fully understand what a PhD program entails. If you do not have significant expertise conducting ecological research, the chances are good that you may not be quite ready for a PhD program. In order for me to assess your fit with the D'Antonio lab, please send me the following information: A detailed statement of why you want to attend graduate school and why my lab is a good fit for you. A description of your previous research experience, and resulting publications (if applicable). The names and institutions of the people who will provide your letters of recommendation (letters are not necessary at this time) Your GPA and GRE scores (including percentile scores) Information on applying to the University of California Santa Barbara in the Ecology, Evolution and Marine Biology Department can be found here.
Our lab is always on the lookout for motivated enthusiastic undergraduates. The D'Antonio lab has many ongoing projects that require help from students. Not only is there work available as a lab assistant but independent projects are possible as well. University of California Santa Barbara Campus
