Research Interests

Ever since taking an Environmental Ecology class at UCSB, I have wanted to learn more about how species and their environments interact. Working in Jonathan's lab has enabled me to see the specifics of species interactions, how experiments are started and set up, and the lab work to be done as well. I learned, from our site at the Sedgwick Reserve, what goes into planning an experiment, from the native species communities to technical arrangements. This is a great experience for me, in wanting to learn more about ecology.
