I am focusing on gene interaction networks. Now, I am re-evaluating the method of predicting the gene essential in the network by combining network information from protein-protein interactions, transcription interactions, and metaboloic interactions. A second area of research, I am using statistic method( Limma, lowess) with SAS and R to analyze microarray data, trying to find the high and low expression genes.
