|
Dr. Foltz received a B.S. in Biology from Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, OH in 1985. She received a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from Purdue University in 1989 and then conducted postdoctoral studies at the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Dr. Foltz joined the UCSB faculty in 1992 and is also a member of the Marine Science Insitute. She recently was designated as a Presidential Faculty Fellow by the National Science Foundation.
