COG: cognate RAPDs, i.e. same primers.
CoI: coincident RAPDs, i.e., no recombinants in panel of 32 meiotic 
     segregants.
ID==: identical RAPD.
FATE: MIC-limited (MiL) or MAC-destined (>Ma).
INDEP: RAPD assorts independently (presumably in ARP of its own).
L and R (chromosome): left and right arms, respectively.
lg: linkage group; leading 1 has been left out of the RAPD name in naming 
    the linkage group, to facilitate searching for loci vs. linkage groups.  
    Linkage groups are ephemeral; sooner or later they should coalesce into 
    five, one for each entire chromosome.
LOCI: RAPD loci names start with a number; conventional loci do not.
LOD: log odds

RAPD NAMES: leading 1 indicates B-C3 RAPD.
     R suffix: "reverse" RAPD, i.e., band in C3, no band in B;
