The story:After our manuscript had been accepted, I made several cover suggestions using Adobe Photoshop to combine tiled pseudocolored embryo images with 3D diagrams of a 4-cell embryo (similar to those on my page). They ended up using an image that had no 3D diagram on it, and was just the background.
